Position Title: Dealer Business Specialist 
Pay Rate: $25/hour (W2 through KellyOCG)
Assignment Length: 12 Months
Location: East Moline, IL

Position Summary

We are seeking a Dealer Support Specialist to provide application support for dealer-facing business systems. This role will analyze and resolve software issues, assist dealers and business users, and provide clear technical and functional guidance.

Candidates must have application-support experience. Basic infrastructure, networking, or desktop-support experience alone is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and business-system issues.
• Support dealers, business users, and internal team members.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Follow established support processes and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain a strong focus on responsiveness and customer experience.
• Build knowledge of supported applications and dealer-facing processes.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of software-application or business-system support experience.
• At least one year in application support, service desk, or customer support.
• Strong issue-analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to follow processes and use good judgment when escalating issues.
• Willingness to learn technical and functional systems.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP, including bookkeeping, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dealer operations or dealer-facing application experience.
• ITIL or Lean Service Management knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
• Basic understanding of identity management and MFA.
• SQL experience for analysis or troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
