Position Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Pay Rate: $32/hour (W2 through KellyOCG)
Location: Kingsburg, CA
Assignment Length: 24 Months

Position Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide onsite IT support for employees, contractors, and business partners. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, peripherals, conference room technology, and local infrastructure.

The engineer will also support equipment deployments, asset management, employee onboarding and offboarding, ServiceNow requests, cybersecurity initiatives, and business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support.
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, peripheral, wired, wireless, VPN, and remote-access issues.
• Deploy, replace, upgrade, and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, storage, audits, and equipment lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, vendors, and hardware break/fix services.
• Support conference rooms, printing services, audio/visual equipment, and collaboration technologies.
• Assist with local servers, network equipment, manufacturing systems, and engineering systems.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and tasks through ServiceNow.
• Support software deployments, operating-system patching, cybersecurity, compliance, major incidents, and site outages.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
• Partner with centralized IT teams to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications

• Enterprise desktop or infrastructure support experience.
• Strong Windows, hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft 365 experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint-support tools.
• Basic network troubleshooting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift and install computer equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, engineering, or field-operations IT experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Asset lifecycle and inventory-management experience.
• Conference room and collaboration technology support.
• Cybersecurity and endpoint-protection knowledge.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent certifications.
