Position Title: Supply Management Planner
Assignment Length: 24 Months

Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour (W2 through KellyOCG for John Deere)

Position Summary

The Supply Management Planner will manage the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers across one or more locations. This role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills to support timely parts delivery and effective supply management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate purchased-parts deliveries.
• Support delivery activities involving internal and external suppliers.
• Monitor material delivery status across one or more locations.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to complete daily tasks and maintain information.
• Support supply management activities and help resolve delivery-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing and general computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with internal and external suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field.
• Experience using SAP.
• Previous experience in supply management, purchasing, materials planning, logistics, or supplier coordination.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement

• This is a fully onsite position.
• The role supports purchased-parts delivery across one or more locations.
