Job Title: Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Central Planner
Location: Moline, IL (Onsite)

Assignment Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (W2 through KellyOCG for John Deere)

Position Summary

As an Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Central Planner at John Deere World Headquarters, you will be responsible for supporting procurement functions, resolving order and invoice issues, and ensuring superior customer service to both internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders
• Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission, and shopping cart errors
• Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Execute the Annual Framework process

Required Skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Management & Logistics
• Familiarity with SAP Materials Management
• Customer service and Procure-to-Pay (Req. to Purchase Order) experience
• Knowledge of John Deere Supply Network (JDSN) applications
• Data and analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
