Position Title: FEE Weld
Location: East Moline, IL
Assignment Length: 12 Months
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (Overtime and Weekends: Required as business needs dictate)

Pay Rate: $40/hr (W2 through Kelly OCG for John Deere)
Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future for this position.

Position Summary

The FEE Weld position supports welding operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience and the ability to lead teams, coordinate daily activities, and support safe and efficient production.

Candidates with experience supervising employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow.
• Support welding operations and manufacturing processes.
• Help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate production priorities, updates, and expectations to team members.
• Address operational issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support changing business requirements, including overtime and weekend production.
• Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to track information and communicate with teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business applications.
• Experience using:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work onsite in East Moline, Illinois, beginning on the first day.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree strongly preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising welding or other industrial production operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
