Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Dubuque, IA
Shift: 1st Shift 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM Onsite 5 days a week (Daily and weekend OT may be requested as dictated by production needs)
Pay Rate: $40.00/hour (W2 through KellyOCG for John Deere)
Assignment Length: 12 Months
Visa Sponsorship: Not available now or in the near future

Position Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of production workers, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities related to safety, quality, and delivery. This position requires collaboration with management to meet production targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring clarity in roles and
  responsibilities
• Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet production targets
• Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to
  team members
• Deliver constructive feedback and hold team members accountable for their
  contributions
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas for process enhancements
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations
• Work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs
