Position Title: Parts Coordinator

Location: Milan, IL
Assignment Length: 12 Months
Shift: 2nd shift, 1:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m (Schedule Flexibility: Hours may temporarily change to support audits, including occasional Saturday work)

Pay Rate: $25/hr (W2 through KellyOCG for John Deere
Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future for this position.

Position Summary

The Parts Coordinator will work entirely in a warehouse environment at an assigned work center. This role is responsible for coordinating parts, supporting inventory activities, performing data entry, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, inventory management, or reconciliation experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Forklift operation is not required; however, the coordinator will be required to operate a Cushman after completing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts activities within the assigned warehouse work center.
• Support inventory management and reconciliation processes.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate parts and inventory records.
• Review inventory information and help identify discrepancies.
• Assist with parts tracking, organization, and availability.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to document and manage information.
• Operate a Cushman vehicle after required training is completed.
• Support audits and temporarily adjusted work schedules as needed.
• Work occasional Saturdays when required to support audit activities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work onsite beginning on the first day.
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
• Willingness to operate a Cushman after training.

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management.

• Experience working in a parts, materials, or distribution environment.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and resolving discrepancies.
