Position Title: Supervisor II – X9-980
Location: East Moline, IL
Assignment Length: 12 Months
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (Overtime and Weekends: Required as business needs dictate)

Pay Rate: $40/hr (W2 through KellyOCG for John Deere)
Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future for this position.

Position Summary

The Supervisor II will lead and support daily operations in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for directing team activities, supporting production goals, maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, and responding to changing business needs.

Candidates with strong supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, production activities, and operational priorities.
• Monitor team performance, workflow, and productivity.
• Communicate expectations, work instructions, and business updates to team members.
• Support safe, efficient, and quality-focused operations.
• Identify and address production or operational issues.
• Escalate concerns and provide status updates to management.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and daily workforce coordination as needed.
• Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to track information and communicate with teams.
• Support overtime and weekend operations based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business applications.
• Experience using:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in East Moline, Illinois, beginning on the first day.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree strongly preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, production, or industrial setting.
• Experience managing workflow, productivity, safety, and operational priorities.
