Position Title: Team Lead

Location: Dubuque, IA
Shift: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (Overtime may be required)
Pay Rate: $45/hour (W2 through KellyOCG)
Assignment Length: 24 Months

Position Summary

Lead daily production activities and support a team of manufacturing employees in meeting Safety, Quality, and Delivery goals. This role helps execute production schedules, develop team members, resolve issues, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production employees and daily work priorities.
• Support production schedules and operational targets.
• Train and develop team members; provide performance feedback.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
• Encourage employee engagement and process-improvement ideas.
• Make timely decisions and help resolve team or production issues.
• Support weekday and weekend overtime as production requires.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or motivating a production team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manufacturing-equipment or automation experience preferred.
