Position Title: Production Scheduler

Location: Davenport, IA
Shift: 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Assignment Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $35/Hr. (W2 for KellyOCG)
Attendance Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days
Visa Sponsorship: Not available now or in the future

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to support laser cutting and forming operations. You’ll work with supervisors, engineers, and other schedulers to coordinate production schedules, analyze data, and communicate priorities. This role is based on the shop floor approximately 50% or more of the time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong data-analysis and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness to support alternate shifts and occasional Saturday overtime as business needs require.

Education:

Four-year degree in a relevant field plus at least one year of scheduling experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus at least five years of production-scheduling experience.
